A charter is confirmed when the deposit is paid. The deposit is $500 per yacht and is non-refundable. The balance is due on the day of the charter. A booking for more than 13 guests is a tie-up: two yachts, the same date and time, two deposits, and a separate charterer named for each yacht.
If the captain calls the charter off for weather or a mechanical problem, you choose another date or receive the deposit back. If you cancel, the deposit is not returned.
Bareboat charter: the yacht, fuel for the agreed route, and the time booked. A captain and crew are hired separately and are not included in the quoted price. Extras such as a jet ski are priced per hour and only for as many hours as the charter allows.

The maximum is 13 guests per yacht, regardless of the yacht's size. The person who books the yacht must be aboard it. The captain may end a charter, without refund, for illegal activity or for behaviour that endangers the yacht or anyone aboard.
You are responsible for damage caused by you or your guests beyond normal wear. Miami Yachts arranges the charter between you and the yacht's owner and is not the owner of the vessels.
